- Function Declaration
- 1.Dust remove in differential pressure
- The Pulse Signal Controller has one line pressure difference switching signal that is use for pressure difference control in dust remover system.
- 2.Can be set jetting times when shut off
- The Pulse Signal Controller has one line input switching signal, use for control blowing when shut off in dust remover system. When the system's shut-off input contact turned off, the controller will complete the set times, continue blowing and stop work.
- 3.Normal open valve control
- Normal open valve use for control automatic soot door and cylinder in the system.(The function is only for AC220V and AC110V output controller). The normal open valves control number can be set at random, the maximum set numbers is the total lines subtract jetting pulse valve lines, and it can be set in groups.
- 4.Can be set jetting lines
- Jetting lines can be set at random. (set lines<= total lines)
- 5.Can be set jetting times
- The controller can set the jetting time pulse valve open time and set at random in the range of 10MS~2500MS.
- 6.Can be set jetting working interval
- The controller can set pulse jet valve's working interval in the range of 1S~250S at random.
- 7.Can be set jetting working period
- Customer can set jetting working period according to dedusting request, that is the interval between first jetting end and the second jetting start, to achieve the dust remover system be more economical and energy saving.
- 8.Output short circuit self-protective
- If the output lines arise short trouble, the controller will across the short lines itself, and others continue cycle work. When the short trouble removed, the output will attend the jetting cycle work itself.
